Executive, EFB Administrator

About the role

Thai AirAsia X is hiring a full-time Executive, EFB Administrator in its Operations Control Center in Don Mueang, Bangkok. The role oversees the company's EFB administration system, which requires receiving appropriate training on the system's hardware and operating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Technical and Development team to set clear EFB procedures and guidelines for crewmembers.
• Run monthly audits to check that flight crew EFB devices and accessories meet company policy and that databases are up to date when crew report for duty.
• Work with the Chief Pilot of Training and Standards to design training on the EFB system.
• Coordinate with FOTSE so devices comply with authority requirements.
• Collect and compile technical issues reported by crewmembers.
• Carry out in-flight data collection and monitoring for technical purposes and flight deck familiarization.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Technical and Development Pilot or the Chief Pilots Operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience creating user manuals, delivering training and supporting system-related processes.
• Excellent English in reading, listening, speaking and writing.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting systems.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with MS Office, G-suites and smart gadget tools.
• Proficiency with iOS devices.
