Factory Warehouse Team Lead – Rayong

About the role

The Factory Warehouse Team Lead will oversee end‑to‑end logistics at Nestlé's Rayong facility, ensuring smooth flow of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods, and transportation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead factory logistics covering inbound raw and packaging materials, semi‑finished products, finished goods, and outbound transportation.
• Drive logistics safety initiatives aiming for zero accidents across in‑house and outsourced operations.
• Manage material flow from the inbound gate to production lines and oversee finished‑goods dispatch to the outbound gate.
• Monitor warehouse service, safety, health, environmental, quality and cost performance through daily operational indicators.
• Coordinate with factory, technical, supply‑chain, procurement, T‑HUB, suppliers, customs and transport providers for on‑time execution.
• Maintain high service levels, support production plans and minimise downtime caused by logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, regulatory requirements and Nestlé operating manuals.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, digitalisation, connected logistics and warehouse automation initiatives.
• Manage warehouse manpower, logistics resources, budgets, service providers and operating costs.
• Recruit, coach and develop supply‑chain employees, supporting career development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, factory logistics or supply‑chain, including shift‑supervisor or team‑leader roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, materials fulfilment, inbound/outbound logistics and transportation.
• Practical understanding of production scheduling, inventory management, stock policies and product freshness.
• Experience managing warehouse manpower, material‑handling equipment drivers and outsourced logistics service providers.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation, racking systems, picking, staging, digitalisation and connected logistics.
• Good grasp of logistics and warehousing cost drivers, budgeting and cost‑saving opportunities.
