Field Service Engineer – Thailand

About the role

Johnson & Johnson (DePuy Synthes) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for capital and system equipment in Thailand. The role focuses on delivering high‑value, customer‑centric service to ensure equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and support DePuy Synthes equipment, meeting performance targets and key metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in field service processes, asset utilization, inventory and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, local regulations, safety standards and customer requirements.
• Support investigations, audits and inspections, and manage renewal of mandatory licences and certificates.
• Engage with customers on escalations and key engagements to reinforce service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in field service engineering, technical service or operations within MedTech/medical devices.
• Proven experience servicing capital medical equipment, including diagnostic and surgical robotic systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of medical device servicing, lifecycle management and quality requirements.
• Ability to apply safety and regulatory protocols consistently.
