About the role
Join Forvis Mazars, a global leader in audit, tax, and advisory services, and contribute to valuation projects across various industries. Work on valuation assignments and assist senior management in carrying out valuation engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Managing and leading company valuation, purchase price allocation, intangible asset valuation and cash flow modelling.
- Providing support and training to junior team members, guiding and reviewing their work outputs.
- Presenting valuation findings internally and externally to clients.
- Applying knowledge of financial instruments valuation where applicable.
Required profile
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in valuation with Big 4, accounting firms, or investment banks.
- Relevant professional qualification (CFA, CPA FA, MBA, etc.) highly regarded.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
