Key responsibilities

• Offer strategic coaching on cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning via text and video consultations.
• Assess clients’ financial situations and design customized plans aligned with short‑term needs and long‑term goals.
• Guide clients in making informed decisions, managing resources, and achieving milestones such as retirement savings or home purchases.
• Stay updated on financial trends and market changes to provide relevant advice.
• Monitor and adjust financial plans to keep clients on track through life changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Finance Coach or similar role with successful client outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with database systems.
• Strong PC skills.
