Freelance Telemedicine Physician (Remote – Thailand)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join our telehealth team on a freelance basis. The role involves delivering professional medical consultations through a chat‑based telemedicine platform to patients in Thailand and supporting international management via English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide online medical consultations, assess patient conditions, and deliver evidence‑based treatment plans via a chat platform.
• Issue online medical certificates and electronic prescriptions in compliance with Thai medical and telehealth regulations.
• Maintain accurate digital medical records, ensure patient confidentiality, and follow standard operating procedures for telemedicine services.
• Collaborate with the international management team, participate in training, case discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of telehealth service quality.

Required profile

• General Practitioner with a strong interest in telemedicine.
• Active medical license in Thailand.
• Proficient English communication skills for interaction with the international team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop competencies in technology‑enabled collaborative healthcare.

Required skills

• Use of chat‑based telemedicine platforms for patient interaction.
• Ability to issue electronic prescriptions and online medical certificates.
• Knowledge of digital medical record keeping and data privacy standards.
