Freelance Video Production Coordinator (6‑month contract)

About the role

The Video Production Coordinator will lead short‑term video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals. Working as a freelancer for six months, you will collaborate with internal marketing teams and external creatives to produce engaging video content that drives sales and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets, and oversee pre‑production, production and post‑production phases.
• Write or refine scripts and work with creative teams to shape compelling video concepts.
• Coordinate videographers, editors and other freelancers, acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, negotiate rates with vendors and track expenses.
• Review video drafts, enforce quality standards and implement improvements based on performance data.
• Analyse video performance metrics and recommend enhancements for higher engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in video project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of video production processes and marketing concepts.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software.
• Experience using project management tools.
