General Ledger Specialist – 1 Year Fixed-Term

About the role

Bosch Automotive Thailand is looking for a General Ledger Specialist to manage daily GL operations, support period‑end closing, and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. This 1‑year fixed‑term position is full‑time and based at the Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vendor B‑segment in PMD, settle WBS to AUC, handle capitalization, transfer and write‑off of fixed assets, release supplier invoice payments, and verify travel & expense claims in SAP.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing schedules with Controlling, prepare accruals, book payroll entries with HR, conduct fixed‑asset physical counts, record IFRS 15 & 16 transactions, and perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Liaise with the central team on SAP technical issues, support internal (ILC) and external (EY) audits, and resolve day‑to‑day fixed‑asset problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (major in Accounting) with around 10 years of relevant general‑ledger/accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in SAP FI/CO (AR, AP, GL) and Microsoft Office, solid knowledge of IFRS standards, local GAAP, and fixed‑asset management.
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
