HR and Operations Officer

About the role

Cesna Recruitment, a large Korean-American consulting firm founded in Seoul in 1999 and now headquartered in New Jersey, offers a full-time HR and operations position in Bangkok. The role covers administrative HR work, client coordination and recruitment support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative document management and HR and operations work
• Manage client docking and follow up on financial bills
• Organize company activities and help build company culture
• Recruit and select candidates for each position, maintain existing job sites, expand recruitment channels, review resumes, invite and conduct interviews
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and resignation processes
• Maintain good communication with employees and organize orientation and training activities
• Handle other office work assigned by the GM

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; human resources-related majors preferred
• At least one year of experience in HR-related positions; advertising and consulting experience preferred
• Good communication, management and collaboration skills
• Enthusiastic, proactive, responsible and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Thai and English or Chinese preferred
