HR Associate – Employee Data & Visa Management

About the role

This subcontracted HR Associate position supports the HR team in managing employee records, onboarding and off‑boarding processes, and visa administration for expatriate staff in the Bangkok area. The role combines data management, administrative support, and compliance activities to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and physical employee personnel files with confidentiality.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and record management.
• Support off‑boarding by ensuring timely completion of exit paperwork.
• Prepare HR communications, manage supplies, name cards, and official letters.
• Assist with government filing preparation under supervision.
• Help maintain compliance records, monitor labor‑law updates, and support internal HR audits.
• Track work permits, visas, and expatriate documentation, ensuring timely renewals.
• Provide frontline support for routine HR inquiries and direct complex issues to specialists.
• Support HR‑related procurement processes and maintain accurate procurement records.
• Oversee visa and work‑permit applications, liaise with government agencies, and report status updates to management.
