HR Content Creator & Employer Branding Intern

About the role

The internship supports the Human Resources team by creating engaging social‑media content and helping to promote Bosch as an employer of choice. You will work on TikTok and Instagram channels, assist with event organisation, and contribute to HR digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish short videos and photos for TikTok and Instagram, including voice‑overs and captions.
• Organise employer‑branding activities such as job fairs, workshops and internal engagement events.
• Coordinate content creation and event logistics with HR teams in Bangkok and Rayong and with external vendors and universities.
• Support HR administrative tasks, for example processing medical claim documents together with HRBP and Payroll teams.
• Assist HR digitalisation initiatives using Power Automate and Power BI.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong awareness of current social‑media trends and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Good coordination and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Video and photo editing with CapCut and Canva.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Experience with Power BI.
