HSSE Officer – Thailand

About the role

The employee is responsible for HSSE functions for Constant Energy projects in Thailand, with the possibility to support other countries.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HSSE policy, ESMS requirements and local regulations for all projects.
• Perform risk assessments and identify environmental aspects to reduce work‑process risks.
• Manage contractor safety, conduct routine site visits and HSSE coordination meetings.
• Verify tools and equipment quality and participate in HSSE audits, training and incident investigations.
• Manage emergency response and business continuity plans.
• Communicate HSE information and best practices to contractors and follow‑up on issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum 3 years experience in OHS within renewable energy, oil & gas, power, chemical or related sectors.
• Good knowledge of Thai OHS regulations.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 internal auditor certificates.
• Erecting/dismantling scaffolding training certificate.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with limited supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• ISO 14001 internal auditor competency.
• ISO 45001 internal auditor competency.
• Scaffolding erection and dismantling certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
