Human Resources Business Partner – School

About the role

The School Human Resources Business Partner will act as the primary HR contact for academic and operational leaders, driving workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development across the school community.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to assess annual staffing needs and lead the full recruitment cycle.
• Manage work permits, visas, relocation logistics and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Design and deliver orientation, onboarding, probation and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, staff records and ensure alignment with ISP and international best practices.
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration and statutory reporting.
• Lead performance management, staff development initiatives and provide HR advisory services.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance procedures while promoting a great place to work.
• Produce HR metrics reports and support cross‑functional initiatives such as health & safety and safeguarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, preferably in an international school or multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labour law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, advisory and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and implement HR strategies in a dynamic environment.
