Industrial Performance & Data Specialist

About the role

Air Liquide seeks an Industrial Performance & Data Specialist to drive operational excellence, lead data initiatives and build smart analytics solutions across its cluster. The role bridges operations and technology, turning complex industrial data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy collaborative performance management frameworks and track key impact metrics.
• Design, build and scale automated Power BI dashboards, advanced data models and predictive analytics tools.
• Partner with business owners to establish data quality standards and modernize data architecture.
• Serve as Business Project Manager for data initiatives, guiding Agile delivery and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Analyze monthly performance trends, identify root causes and co‑create proactive action plans for safety, reliability and carbon efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in industrial operations, supply chain, manufacturing or operational controlling.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, continuous improvement and human‑centered change management.
• Excellent analytical thinking, collaborative mindset and communication skills across all organizational levels.
