About the role

The International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO) is seeking a national staff Information Manager for its new Southeast Asia platform. The role supports humanitarian NGOs by managing safety‑related information, incident tracking and analytical reporting across insecure contexts.

Key responsibilities

Collect, verify and maintain real‑time safety and incident data from NGOs operating in Southeast Asia.
Produce analytical reports and safety‑related maps to inform coordination and crisis response.
Support NGOs with data‑driven insights, staff orientations and training on safety information tools.
Collaborate with the INSO regional team to ensure data quality and timely dissemination of information.

Required profile

Experience in information management or data handling within humanitarian or security contexts.
Understanding of safety coordination, incident tracking and crisis management processes.
Ability to work with NGOs and multi‑stakeholder environments.
