Intern – Thailand Strategic Affairs (Bangkok)

About the role

BowerGroupAsia (BGA) is seeking a motivated intern to join its Thailand team in Bangkok. The role supports research, analysis and client‑facing activities across a range of business sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and monitor business and investment sector issues, including government policies, regulatory developments, industry trends and investment opportunities.
• Analyse corporate, business, regulatory and political implications of specific government regulations, policies and laws.
• Prepare concise, actionable memos and reports for clients and BGA leaders.
• Provide information and analysis on stakeholders relevant to BGA clients.
• Represent BGA at external meetings as requested and deliver ad‑hoc support.

Required profile

• Business‑level English, native‑level Thai and excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
• Strong research and analysis abilities with knowledge of sectors such as healthcare, ICT, finance, natural resources, manufacturing and banking.
• Deep understanding of Thailand’s political‑economic environment and its impact on client businesses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet applications.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university degree program.
