Job description

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join TMES Co.,Ltd. in Bangkok, Thailand. The role involves resolving customer technical issues and contributing to product improvements. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within our Information & Communication Technology / Help Desk & IT Support team. The successful candidate will work directly with users to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction. Salary ranges from ฿30,000 to ฿40,000 per month. The position requires a proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
