Key Account Executive – Consumer Products Sales

About the role

The Key Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through designated wholesalers in the Bangkok market. You will work closely with the Customer Development Partner and trade marketing teams to achieve both sell‑in and sell‑out targets while ensuring optimal product distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage designated wholesalers to achieve company sales targets and maximize sell‑out.
• Plan and develop distribution strategies for key categories and products in line with market trends.
• Build appropriate assortment plans based on market landscape analysis.
• Analyze sales and sell‑out data, providing improvement plans and solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels with wholesalers to meet monthly stock‑cover targets.
• Collaborate with wholesaler sales forces through training and motivation initiatives.
• Conduct regular market visits, produce weekly market reports, and participate in monthly business reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and other stakeholders.
• Review purchase orders, resolve transmission errors or product shortages, and manage order processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of sales experience in consumer products, traditional trade or on‑premise channels.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
• Target‑oriented, dynamic, proactive and independent.
• Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of Thai authorities, alcoholic beverage regulations and customs.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive, energetic personality.
• Team player with an adaptive mindset and high ethical standards.
