Lead - Communication Planning and Strategy

About the role

The Lead, Communication Planning drives the creative engine behind aCommerce’s live streaming initiatives across TikTok, Shopee and Lazada. You will design tactical communication plans and innovative content mechanics that convert viewers into buyers, balancing high‑energy creativity with a focus on profitability and GMV growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end communication planning for live streams, crafting high‑conversion scripts, flows and tactical hooks.
• Develop and pilot out‑of‑the‑box creative tactics and interactive mechanics to boost immediate GMV and engagement.
• Customize communication plans for each brand partner to ensure their value proposition drives sustainable sales.
• Oversee the live streaming calendar, coordinating KOLs, production and brand teams to meet all deadlines.
• Analyze live stream data to identify revenue drivers and optimise profitability.
• Own campaign outcomes, ensuring tactical communication delivers measurable business growth and “WOW” service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in communication planning, content strategy or live‑stream management.
• At least 2 years hands‑on experience with TikTok or e‑commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) focused on live streaming.
• Proven track record of creating content or live mechanics that drive immediate commercial results.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok/marketplace ecosystems, algorithm trends and audience behaviours.
• Strong analytical ability to turn live‑stream metrics into actionable strategy pivots.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills in both Thai and English.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes 100 % ownership of project success.
