Lead Consultant, Delivery Management (Civil Engineering)

About the role

Lead Consultant, Delivery Management (Civil Engineering) will oversee the full lifecycle of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, act as the primary client liaison, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors to execute projects.
• Define project scope, objectives and ensure technical feasibility with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost.
• Track and report project performance, manage risks and escalations.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.
• Delegate tasks to junior staff based on strengths and monitor their performance.
• Meet budgetary targets and adjust constraints based on financial analysis.

Required profile

• Professional Engineering or Architect license (2nd Class).
• Minimum 21 years of experience in project management within civil engineering.
• Strong client‑facing and internal communication abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organisational and risk‑management capabilities.

• Excel for data analysis and reporting.
