Litigation Assistant Manager / Legal Manager (Bangkok)

About the role

We are seeking experienced litigation professionals to join Forvis Mazars in Bangkok, covering responsibilities from Assistant Manager up to Legal Manager. The role involves managing court proceedings, drafting documents, and leading a legal team to deliver high‑quality client services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee civil, criminal, bankruptcy, labor, and juvenile court proceedings.
• Compile, draft, and file legal documents and applications, ensuring compliance with court requirements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
• Coordinate communication between lawyers, courts, clients, and external authorities.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior and senior lawyers within the team.
• Manage team resources, case budgets, and administrative filing systems.

Required profile

• Thai nationality with a Bachelor of Law or higher.
• Licensed Thai lawyer with 4‑7 years (Assistant Manager) or 8+ years (Legal Manager) litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle pressure.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Thai.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Effective use of internet for legal research and document management.
