Logistics Coordinator – Freelance (Thailand)

About the role

JUMP! Foundation seeks a passionate Logistics Coordinator to support the delivery of its JUMP! Experiences programs across Thailand. The role involves liaising with local partners, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring operational excellence for each program.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate rates and terms with vendors for accommodation, transportation, and catering, and maintain collaborative partnerships.
• Manage bookings, payments, purchase orders, and vendor contracts in line with JUMP! policies.
• Oversee on‑site logistics, safety protocols, and provide real‑time support during program execution.
• Procure and maintain program materials such as facilitation equipment, outdoor gear, and first‑aid kits.
• Develop and maintain program templates using Google Workspace tools to streamline operations.
• Conduct pre‑program site visits, create itineraries, budgets, risk assessments, and comprehensive reports.
• Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Support finance by reviewing expense reports, coordinating payment transfers, and managing program‑related float requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in program design, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation, contract management, and budget oversight.
• Fluent in English and Thai (reading, writing, speaking).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required.
