Manager, Corporate Strategy (Supporting SVP – DC Operations)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Corporate Strategy to support the Senior Vice President of DC Operations at MR.DIY. This position serves as a strategic business partner, helping to shape the direction of distribution‑center activities, drive operational excellence, and influence long‑term growth initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with SVP‑level leadership to develop, refine, and execute business strategies.
• Lead high‑impact projects focused on operations improvement, process automation, and efficiency gains.
• Provide data‑driven insights and rigorous analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement within the distribution network.
• Develop automation roadmaps and coordinate cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators, track progress, and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and proactive professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or operations strategy, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Track record of delivering strategic projects that generate measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
