Managing Principal – Technology (Thai Speaking)

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company and global technology and management consultancy for digital transformation in financial services, is looking for a Thai-speaking Managing Principal in technology. The role combines leading complex client delivery engagements with internal leadership on hiring, training and communications, and starts in Thailand before expanding to APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Help set up an effective recruitment process to attract top-tier tech talent.
• Lead multiple development and Scrum teams to deliver the technical roadmap with best practices.
• Lead technical design, architecture and solution work with leads in each working stream.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, mitigate risks and set expectations.
• Evaluate Capco's tech capabilities, close gaps and build a roadmap of needed skillsets.
• Stay on top of technology trends, foster continuous learning and build a lean, agile tech culture that retains talent.
• Solve technical and people-related problems and act as a change agent for continuous improvement.
• For clients: collaborate closely to understand their needs, proactively manage project risks, establish project management best practices, measure progress and build long-term relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8-12 years of professional experience leading management consultancies for insurance and banking clients.
• Experience developing and leading digital innovation and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of banking, financial services and insurance industry challenges and the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Track record of building successful teams and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and partners.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of ITMX, PromptPay, ISO 8583 and ISO 20022.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with data analysis and business recommendations.
• Application of continuous delivery tools and methodologies.
• Advocacy for modern, cloud-based architecture strategies.
