Manufacturing Engineer – Injection Molding & Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support series production, ramp‑up and continuous improvement of our injection molding, machining and assembly lines at the Bosch smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. The role focuses on achieving quality, cost and output targets while driving OEE and scrap reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP, ramp‑up and monitor OEE, scrap, cycle time and productivity.
• Review and revise P‑FMEA, control plans and develop error‑proofing solutions.
• Prepare production documents, work standards and tooling parameters for new models.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects, 8D problem solving and internal/external audits (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, safety).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with molding and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality methods and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
