Marketing Officer – School Promotion

About the role

The Marketing Officer will act as an ambassador for Tara Pattana International School, supporting the promotion and brand positioning of the school through targeted marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Admissions team and senior leadership, the role focuses on driving enquiries, tours and enrolments while building strong community partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise prospective parents and stakeholders on the school’s value proposition across all communication channels.
• Support the implementation of the school’s marketing strategy, including campaign planning, lead‑generation, content creation and digital marketing.
• Plan, organise and execute marketing events, open days and promotional activities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with feeder schools, nurseries, education agents and local businesses to maximise recruitment opportunities.
• Monitor and optimise lead‑generation activities and report on key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a genuine interest in education.

Required skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
