Media Planner - Senior Specialist

About the role

The Media Planner – Senior Specialist will own client success by planning and optimizing digital media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, CRM and SEO. You will translate business objectives into data‑driven roadmaps, monitor performance, and drive sales growth for e‑commerce clients in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own client roadmaps based on objectives, data and industry best practices.
• Set up work processes, manage timelines, and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics and key KPIs throughout the month.
• Collaborate with the media optimisation team to meet budget, targets and deadlines.
• Produce performance reports with deep analysis of each media channel.
• Identify and implement improvements for client performance and team efficiency.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in client‑facing or consulting roles such as Digital Media Planning, Account Management or Project Management.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce business models and advertising ecosystems in Thailand.
• Experience working in an e‑commerce company, internet start‑up, international brand, FMCG, retailer or consulting environment.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
