Operations Processor I

About the role

Join AIG’s Operations team in Bangkok and support the end‑to‑end administration of insurance policies. You will work closely with underwriting, distribution, finance and other internal partners to ensure accurate, timely service for customers and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and other servicing requests.
• Maintain accurate policy and customer data across systems, monitor data quality and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Process premium bookings and documentation in line with service level agreements and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with underwriting, distribution and finance teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in general insurance operations or policy administration.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, customer‑focused attitude with good communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
