About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in payroll administration within Bosch's Power Solutions division. You will support the payroll team while gaining insight into HR processes at a global manufacturing and R&D site.

Key responsibilities

Distribute timesheets and pay‑slips and assist with other payroll‑related tasks.
Support document control and collection activities related to payroll.
Assist the HR payroll officer with additional assigned tasks.

Required profile

Currently enrolled in a vocational or bachelor’s program in Business Administration or a related field.
Good command of English and Thai.
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and Microsoft Office applications.
Active, eager to learn, and able to commit to a minimum four‑month internship starting 1 March 2027.

What we offer

Insight into the operations of a global manufacturing and R&D hub.
Monday‑Friday schedule, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Monthly allowance, housing allowance, free lunch and transportation.
Vacation entitlement of one day per month.
