People & Culture Partner – HR Generalist Role

About the role

The People & Culture Partner I acts as a trusted HR advisor for a defined portfolio of clients, delivering frontline HR services while supporting departmental operations. This position blends direct client support with oversight of project‑funded HR teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and high‑quality people services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive support across recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, HRIS, and work‑permit visas for an assigned client group.
• Advise on routine employee‑relations matters and coordinate onboarding, off‑boarding, and job changes.
• Support the rollout of global and regional HR policies and programs.
• Create reports, maintain documentation, and assist with vendor and knowledge management.
• Participate in department‑wide strategic HR initiatives and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8‑10 years of HR generalist or client‑facing experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
• Experience in an international non‑governmental organization is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
