Production Superintendent – Wet & Dry Products

About the role

We are looking for a Production Superintendent to lead both wet and dry product lines at our Rayong factory. The role supports the production teams to meet targets, ensures safety and quality, and drives continuous improvement across processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management support to production teams to achieve their goals.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor training and development for team members.
• Implement and maintain new products or processes, seeking optimisation opportunities.
• Oversee safety, health and environment systems related to production activities.
• Assist the Production Manager with minor factory projects and provide technical input for major projects.
• Monitor production process costs against budget and identify value‑creation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in food manufacturing, including extrusion, thermal and retort processes.
• Strong English and Thai communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a production line team.

Required skills

• SAP (mandatory).
• TPM knowledge (advantage).
• Knowledge of food processing equipment and unit operations.
• Experience with extrusion, thermal processing and retort processes.
