Program & Partnership Manager

About the role

LEARN Corporation, Thailand’s leading lifelong‑learning EdTech company, is seeking a Program & Partnership Manager to drive partnership development, academic engagement, and internal innovation across its diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand a pipeline of academic partners, securing collaborative agreements with universities and schools through memoranda of understanding or project‑based initiatives.
• Coordinate joint educational research initiatives with external academic institutions to advance learning development.
• Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, working closely with internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Initiate and deliver internal innovation projects such as employee AI literacy programs and competency assessment frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an officer or coordinator within an educational institution or education company.
• Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) or TOEIC score above 700.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, including drafting formal Thai letters and official documents.
• Proven project‑management capability to plan, monitor, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Experience developing partnership pipelines or establishing MOUs with universities and schools is a plus.
