Programme Support Contractor

About the role

The Programme Support Contractor will join the Financing for Development Section (FFDS) of UN ESCAP to provide high‑quality, client‑friendly support for the Development Account 16 (DA16) project. Working from Bangkok, the contractor will assist in transforming training materials into e‑learning content, coordinate capacity‑building workshops, and maintain a consolidated repository of all training resources.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and convert training materials into e‑learning modules, contributing to DA16 completion targets.
• Provide coordination support for national and regional DA16 workshops, including preparation of tailored agendas, slides, exercises and facilitation notes.
• Compile, version‑control and ensure easy access to a centralized repository of all training documentation.
• Deliver logistical and administrative assistance to ensure smooth execution of workshops and events.

Required profile

• Experience working in international development or UN‑related programmes.
• Familiarity with capacity‑building initiatives and training material development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi‑national team and meet tight deadlines.
