Project Admin Team Lead

About the role

Responsible for end‑to‑end management of project administration, focusing on land rights documentation, legal permits, and payment system coordination to ensure seamless project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee land document management, including Land Reservation Agreements and Land Lease Agreements in both physical and digital formats.
• Lead the Project Admin team, draft annual planning schedules, and design standardized document forms for project SPVs.
• Manage the full project disbursement process, review cash advances and expense clearances, and coordinate with Accounting for payment verification.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project cost tracking data and prepare summary status reports for land‑related documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Law, Management or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in project administration, coordination or secretariat roles within real estate, renewable energy or infrastructure construction.
• Proficient in English with systematic thinking and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP or online approval systems (e.g., ApprovalMax) for managing payments and expense clearances.
