Project Manager – eCommerce Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to help transform ecommerce for brands and retailers in Southeast Asia. The role involves coordinating between aCommerce, client technology and business teams, and vendors to ensure project execution, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project objectives and provide cross‑functional support across clients, product development, logistics, marketing, web development and application support.
• Gather business, functional, marketing and technical requirements to produce project estimations and software requirement specifications.
• Define and manage roll‑outs of business and operational process flows.
• Maintain ongoing communication between aCommerce and client teams for project execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects including scope, timeline, deliverables quality and budget.
• Apply methodology, enforce project standards and ensure documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
• Provide guidance on platform backend user guides, data integration flows and conduct user trainings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computing, IT or software engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional and technical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex systems.
• Experience with technical integrations and software development processes.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and ERP systems is a plus.
• Project P&L experience and strong client and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and ability to work under pressure.
