Quality Technician – CT Scan & GOM Measurements

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Technician to support CT‑scan operations and GOM measurements at our smart manufacturing plant in Rayong, Thailand. The role involves tool release, data analysis and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a fast‑growing automotive injector production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform CT‑scan operations and basic GOM measurements for tool release and analysis.
• Maintain standard document flow, including request sheets, part storage records, tracking lists, KPI/KPR and GOM reports.
• Support CT‑scan process adherence to 5S, 14Q, LPC and HSE guidelines.
• Assist with part storage management and KPI tracking.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to read complex technical drawings.
• Male candidates preferred for operational considerations.

Required skills

• Experience operating a Zeiss Metrotom CT‑scan system (preferred).
• Proficiency with GOM Inspect software (preferred).
• Knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Understanding of standard quality methods and tooling.
