Regional Manager

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead retail operations across multiple stores in Bangkok, driving business results and aligning the team with corporate direction. This senior role requires strong commercial acumen and the ability to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business results and prioritize alignment with overall business direction.
• Oversee and optimise all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that boost productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster collaborative relationships with cross‑functional partners at corporate and field levels.
• Design and execute strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Business or Marketing.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and retail operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior manager role.
• Strong business/commercial acumen and proven planning and execution abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• High‑impact communication, influencing and relationship‑building capabilities.
