Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Specialist – PetCare (Rayong)

About the role

The Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Specialist supports Nestlé PetCare products at the Amata/Rayong factory, ensuring compliance with Thai food regulations and timely product registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all Nestlé PetCare products comply with FDA and other food regulations.
• Execute product registration processes within agreed timelines and handle FDA-related issues.
• Advise Nestlé Thailand technical, SCM, and marketing teams on registration and local regulations.
• Send product samples to government or accredited laboratories for analysis according to the Food Act of MoPH and Nestlé requirements.
• Coordinate Halal registration for imported products.
• Manage information flow for HACCP and GMP between Nestlé and authorities (FDA, TISI, etc.).
• Renew food processing and import licences.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary, Food Science, Food Technology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of regulatory experience, preferably in a factory environment or food registration.
• Intermediate level of English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Thai food law.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards.
• Experience with Halal registration processes and Food Act of MoPH compliance.
