Sales Coordinator – 1 Year Contract

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will support the automotive fuel injector business in Thailand by managing pricing data, customer accounts and sales activities. This 1‑year contract role works closely with internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery and accurate quotations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing and commercial data in the customer IT portal and Bosch internal programs.
• Prepare commercial quotations, handle credit and debit notes, and process price changes in SAP.
• Coordinate sample preparation and internal activities to meet customer specifications.
• Support engineering change requests (ECR) and maintain related documentation.
• Oversee various aspects of customer accounts to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong English writing and conversational skills.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Required skills

• MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• SAP for price and transaction management.
• Familiarity with AI tools (curious or experienced).
