Sales Promotion Staff (12 months contract) - North West

About the role

The Sales Promotion Staff will manage sub‑dealers across the North West region of Thailand, driving sales performance and building strong relationships with dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers. You will execute campaigns, generate market reports and support the senior promoter in delivering demand‑creation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sub‑dealers in Chiang Mai, Lampang, Lamphun and Chiang Rai to achieve sales targets, conducting regular visits.
• Execute promotional campaigns and produce sales and farmer reports for dealers, sub‑dealers and promoters.
• Develop and maintain a network of dealers, sub‑dealers and key farmers.
• Carry out field activities, create demand and provide documentation support to the Senior Promoter.
• Strengthen relationships with sub‑dealers and key farmers and ensure compliance with company systems.
• Prepare and submit market information reports to senior sales management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of field experience in the agricultural or seed industry.
• Fluent communication skills in Thai and English.
• Strong field execution capability and willingness to work outdoors.
• Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
