Sales Stylist – Retail Customer Service

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is seeking a Sales Stylist to join its Bangkok store. The role blends fashion knowledge with customer‑focused service, helping guests discover Levi’s heritage while driving sales and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi’s history, product lines, and brand values.
• Deliver exceptional customer service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash according to Levi’s cash‑handling guidelines.
• Support stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and overall store appearance.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Organised, methodical, adaptable, and consistent work style.

Required skills

• Basic technology proficiency, especially familiarity with iOS devices.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic device issues.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory and replenishment processes.
