About the role
24slg is hiring a full-time Sales Support person in Wattana. The role supports the sales and business development teams by handling quotations, proposals and documentation, keeping the CRM up to date, and following up with clients on their requests.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and sales materials.
- Manage and update the CRM with customer information, opportunities and pipeline status.
- Coordinate with engineering, project and operations teams so client requests are answered on time.
- Follow up with clients for documents, approvals and feedback.
- Help draft contracts, purchase orders and other sales documents.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports and share insights with management.
- Handle customer inquiries and give basic information on EV chargers, solar rooftop and related solutions.
- Ensure confirmed deals are handed over smoothly to project execution teams.
- Provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams.
