Senior Accounting (English Speaking)

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for an English-speaking Senior Accountant based in Thailand. The role covers financial reporting, analysis, inventory and fixed assets, budgeting, credit control and ERP administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial accounts and monthly and quarterly financial and business analysis reports
• Review general ledger transactions, payments, purchases and operating expenses, and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, analyse stock movements, gross margin trends and raw material purchases, and monitor expense variances and reimbursements
• Calculate closing inventory using FIFO, maintain inventory records, update the fixed asset register and calculate depreciation
• Take part in budgeting and forecasting, monitor performance against budgets and analyse cost variances
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with other departments on debt collection
• Maintain financial data in ERP and BI systems, keep office records organised and perform other duties assigned by management

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with good time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive team player

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• SAP experience is an advantage
