Senior Analyst – App Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost the lifetime value of our customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, build predictive models to measure the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, surface insights and support strategic decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy for a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience using data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python or VBA.
