Senior Analyst, GenAI Marketing

About the role

Agoda is building a small Marketing AI Products team to turn high‑impact AI opportunities into reliable, scalable products. As a Senior Analyst, GenAI Marketing you will work at the intersection of marketing, data, product development and generative AI, identifying workflows that can be dramatically improved with AI and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring marketing workflows where AI can improve speed, quality, scalability or decision‑making and quantify their business value.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user journeys, milestones and success criteria.
• Build and test prototypes using SQL, Python, automation tools and generative‑AI technologies.
• Partner with developers and sponsoring marketing teams to turn successful prototypes into reliable products and drive rollout, training and adoption.
• Design evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, reliability, usability, safety and appropriate human review.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in analytics, product analytics, marketing strategy, business operations, consulting or product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative, technical or business discipline (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance).
• Strong SQL skills and hands‑on experience with Python, scripting and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to define hypotheses, design experiments and turn results into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
