Senior Associate – Surgical Field Sales & Account Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to drive sales of surgical eye‑care products, including intraocular lenses and viscoelastic devices, across the Bangkok territory. You will act as a trusted consultant to ophthalmologists, building long‑term relationships and expanding product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance contracts within the allocated budget.
• Secure formulary acceptance and increase usage of promoted products in all relevant accounts.
• Develop and execute account development and territory business plans for the Bangkok – Chulalongkorn area.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical sales, marketing, and competitor products.
• Track sales activities in internal systems to maximize territory effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Bio‑Engineering, Medical Technology, Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong command of English and proficient computer literacy.
• Proactive work attitude and willingness to work hard.
