Senior Commercial Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

The Senior Commercial Analyst will support the Strategic Partnerships team in Bangkok, driving growth through data‑driven insights, performance management and pricing experiments. Reporting to the Associate Director, Strategy & Analytics, the role works across B2B, White‑Label, Affiliate and financial institution partners throughout APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas in APAC.
• Leverage data and tools to evaluate Strategic Partnerships performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, finance, supply) to drive initiatives.
• Maintain and optimise a performance‑management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure to ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness, and manage data tools for decision‑making.
• Prepare performance updates, proposals and recommendations for senior management.
• Design and run pricing experiments to optimise pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to solve ambiguous problems.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to work hands‑on.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
