Senior Connectivity Partner Manager – Bangkok

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Connectivity Partner Manager to accelerate Airbnb’s API Connectivity Partnerships in Southeast Asia and India. The role sits in the Key Accounts team, managing strategic supply partners and driving growth through prospecting, contracting, onboarding and optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key partners, acting as the primary representative and developing win‑win strategies that drive commercial value across distribution channels.
• Develop strong relationships with executives and decision‑makers, ensuring partnerships meet industry standards and SLAs.
• Use data to identify strategic opportunities, launch pilots and drive sales growth.
• Conduct regular business reviews, QBRs and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prospect, onboard and optimize new API partners, managing technical integration and host/listing growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech Support, Sales, Legal, etc.) to unlock growth opportunities and support partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Key Accounts, Connectivity or Technical Partner Management at a global technology or hospitality tech company.
• Proven track record of growing and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong quantitative and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, tech, legal, marketing and sales teams.
• Solid operating experience in Southeast Asia or India.
• Passion for Airbnb, travel and the sharing economy.

Required skills
