Senior Digital Designer

About the role

The Senior Digital Designer leads a creative team to deliver high‑quality design assets for client marketing campaigns. The role combines team management, project planning, and hands‑on design work across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a design team, set goals, and ensure timely delivery of client‑focused work.
• Oversee production of brand marketing collateral, mapping budgets, timelines, and scope.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all online assets and enforce brand guidelines.
• Develop creative briefs, lead concept creation, and iterate based on testing and client feedback.
• Review budgets and project timelines to keep initiatives within scope and on schedule.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on graphic design experience.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to design for desktop, mobile and tablet formats.
• Good English communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
