Senior Grants and Partnership Coordinator

About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Thailand is seeking a Senior Grants and Partnership Coordinator to lead the oversight and management of its country‑program grants and partnerships. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Programs, you will provide strategic guidance on program development, grant compliance, and donor relations across health, protection, and emergency response sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full grant lifecycle, including proposal development, award negotiation, monitoring, reporting, and close‑out.
• Coordinate with finance, sector leads, and the IRC Awards Management Unit to ensure compliance with donor requirements.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with donors, partner organizations, and government agencies.
• Support the development of strategic partnership initiatives that advance self‑reliance and service transition for refugees.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to sub‑grantees and internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in grant management, partnership development, or related fields within the humanitarian sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑donor portfolios and navigate compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
